PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of Part 621, Subpart 641-2; repeal of sections 641-2.2, 641-2.10, 676.11, 680.12, 690.7; addition of section 681.14 to Title 14 NYCRR.
