PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 276.4 of Title 1 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Agriculture and Markets Law, sections 16, 18, 251-z-4 and 251-z-9
Subject:
Farm wineries, breweries, and distilleries; hops processors; and cideries.
Purpose:
To update references to regulations and to exempt small hops processors from food processing licensing requirements.
