Pursuant to the authority vested in me, I hereby amend, effective immediately, section 7300.2 of the Rules Concerning Publication of Opinions in the Miscellaneous Reports, relating to the sending of copies of opinions to the State Reporter, to read as follows:

Section 7300.2. Copies of opinion

Before an opinion is made available for publication other than in the New York Law Journal, one copy [two copies] thereof shall be sent to the State Reporter at 17 Lodge Street [One Commerce Plaza, 17th Floor], Albany, NY 12207 [12210]. or [email protected].
