PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of Part 190 of Title 12 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Labor Law,sections 21(11), 652, 656 and 673
Subject:
Minimum Wage Increases.
Purpose:
To comply with sections 652 and 673 of the Labor Law by adopting minimum wage increases for farmworkers.
