PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Repeal of section 7000.5; amendment of Parts 7000 and 7001 of Title 22 NYCRR.

Judiciary Law, section 42(5)
Subject:
Update of Definitions, pronouns, clarification of rules involving the work of the Commission; Commission hearings.
Purpose:
To update Commission rules to reflect advances in technology and the use of non-gendered pronouns.
