Pursuant to the authority vested in me, and upon consultation with the Administrative Board of the Courts, I hereby amend, effective immediately, sections 118.2(d) and 118.4(d) of the Rules of the Chief Administrator, relating to public access to registration information filed by attorneys and in-house-counsel, to read as follows:

22 NYCRR § 118.2 Public access to attorney registration information

(d) All information, other than anonymous pro bono data, will be available at all times to the attorney [discipline] grievance committees of the Appellate Divisions.

(d) All information will be available at all times to the attorney [discipline] grievance committees of the Appellate Divisions.
