Allowing RG&E to Implement an Upgraded Gas Transportation Billing System
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 10/2/14, the PSC adopted an order allowing Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation's (RG&E) filing to implement an upgraded gas transportation billing system contained in PSC 16 — Gas, to become effective.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
Allowing RG&E to implement an upgraded gas transportation billing system.
Purpose:
To allow RG&E to implement an upgraded gas transportation billing system.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on October 2, 2014, adopted an order allowing Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation to reflect the development and implementation of a new gas transportation billing system contained in PSC No. 16 - Gas, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
Final rule as compared with last published rule:
No changes.
