PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 3/18/21, the PSC adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's (National Grid) electric tariff amendments to P.S.C. Nos. 214 and 220, to establish Rate Year (RY) 4 Delivery Rates, to become effective on April 1, 2021.

Public Service Law, sections 65 and 66

Purpose:
To approve National Grid's tariff amendments to establish RY4 Delivery Rates.
