Motion for Waiver
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 3/18/21, the PSC adopted an order approving Sunrise Wind, LLC's (Sunrise) motion for waiver of 16 NYCRR sections 86.3(a)(1), 86.3(a)(2) and 86.3(b)(2), regulations governing the specifications of certain maps and photographs for application certificates.

Motion for waiver.
Purpose:
To approve Sunrise's motion for waiver of 16 NYCRR sections 86.3(a)(1), 86.3(a)(2) and 86.3(b)(2).
