PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 3/18/21, the PSC adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid (National Grid) and New York Transco LLC's (NY Transco) petition for National Grid to lease and transfer property to NY Transco.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5, 65, 66 and 70
Subject:
Lease and transfer of property.
Purpose:
To approve National Grid and NY Transco's petition for National Grid to lease and transfer property to NY Transco.
