Waiver of Submetering Requirements in 16 NYCRR Part 96
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 3/18/21, the PSC adopted an order approving Opportunities for Broome, Inc.'s (Broome) petition for a waiver of the individual metering requirements found in 16 NYCRR Part 96 for four facilities located in Binghamton, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Waiver of submetering requirements in 16 NYCRR Part 96.
Purpose:
To approve Broome's petition for a waiver of the individual metering requirements found in 16 NYCRR Part 96.
