PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of section 377.1(i) and (j) of Title 9 NYCRR.

Subject:
Amendments for regulations governing use of boats and watercraft and control of invasive aquatic species.
Purpose:
To make general updates and technical amendments and to clarify permissible inflatable watercraft types.
