PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The Long Island Power Authority adopted modifications to its Tariff for Electric Service to add an option for efficient LED lighting for outdoor area lighting service customers.
Statutory authority:
Public Authorities Law, section 1020-f(u) and (z)

Purpose:
To add an option for efficient LED lighting for outdoor area lighting service customers.
