PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

On 8/11/22, the PSC adopted an order approving Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc.'s (O&R) petition for energy storage resource (ESR) participation in wholesale markets.
