Implementation Plan
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 8/11/22, the PSC adopted an order approving, with modifications, Charter Communications, Inc.'s (Charter) Implementation Plan on behalf of Time Warner Cable Information Services (New York) LLC (TWCIS(NY)) and directs Charter to implement the plan.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 96(6)
Subject:
Implementation Plan.
Purpose:
To approve, with modifications, Charter's Implementation Plan.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on August 11, 2022, adopted an order approving, with modifications, Charter Communications, Inc.'s (Charter) Implementation Plan on behalf of its subsidiary, Time Warner Cable Information Services (New York) LLC (TWCIS(NY)) and directs Charter to implement the plan. Charter shall execute the implementation plan, as filed on June 9, 2022, and modified herein, with the oversight of the Department of Public Service, and shall provide quarterly progress reports as described herein until the Director of the Office of Accounting, Audits and Finance confirms that the implementation plan has been fully and satisfactorily implemented. Charter is also directed to provide the deliverables identified in the implementation plan to the Secretary, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
