PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 2/16/17, the PSC adopted an order approving Rolling Meadows Water Corporation's (Rolling Meadows) minor rate filing to increase its total operating revenues by $111,654 or 21.87% and cancellation of its Escrow Account.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(1)f, 89-c(1), (3), (10)(a), (b) and (f).
Subject:
Increase in revenues and cancellation of Escrow Account.
Purpose:
To approve Rolling Meadows' minor rate filing to increase its revenues by $111,654 or 21.87% and cancellation of Escrow Account.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on February 16, 2017, adopted an order approving Rolling Meadows Water Corporation's minor rate filing to increase its total operating revenues by $111,654 or 21.87% and cancelling its Escrow Account for Capital Improvements Statement No. 2, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
