Submetering of Electricity
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 10/18/18, the PSC adopted an order approving 2255 Broadway Property Owner, L.L.C.'s (2255 Broadway) notice of intent to submeter electricity at 250 West 81st Street, New York, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To approve 2255 Broadway's notice of intent to submeter electricity.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on October 18, 2018, adopted an order approving 2255 Broadway Property Owner, L.L.C.'s notice of intent to submeter electricity at 250 West 81st Street, New York, New York, located in the service territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
