PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
Amendment of Appendixes 1 and 2 of Title 4 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Civil Service Law, section 6(1)
Subject:
Jurisdictional Classification.
Purpose:
To classify positions in the exempt and non-competitive classes.
Text of proposed rule:
Amend Appendix 1 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing positions in the exempt class, in the Executive Department under the subheading “Division of Criminal Justice Services,” by increasing the number of positions of Special Assistant from 7 to 8 and by adding thereto the position of Manager Training; and
Amend Appendix 2 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing positions in the non-competitive class, in the Executive Department under the subheading “Division of Criminal Justice Services,” by adding thereto the position of øSocial Work Supervisor 2 (LCSW) (1).
