PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 204.9 of Title 1 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Agriculture and Markets Law, section 294(2)
Subject:
Rates of assessment under the Apple Research and Development Program.
Purpose:
To increase the rates of assessment under the Program to increase the level of funding for apple research.
