Proposals for Changes to the Electronic Data Interchange Standards
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Commission is considering a "Report on EDI Standards Development" filed on July 24, 2015 by the New York Electronic Data Exchange Working Group, proposing changes to the Electronic Data Interchange Standards.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5(1)(b), 65(1), (2), (3), 66(1), (2), (3), (5) and (8)
Subject:
Proposals for changes to the Electronic Data Interchange Standards.
Purpose:
To consider proposals for changes to the Electronic Data Interchange Standards.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering a "Report on EDI Standards Development" filed on July 24, 2015 by the New York Electronic Data Exchange Working Group, proposing changes to the Electronic Data Interchange Standards. The Commission may adopt, reject, or modify, in whole or in part, the proposed modifications, and may resolve related matters.
