PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

The Commission, on July 18, 2013, adopted the final rules approving amendments to 16 NYCRR Chapter I, Rules of Procedure, Subchapter A, General, Part 10, Reference Manual.
