PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to approve, deny or modify, in whole or in part, a petition filed by Quadlogic Controls Corporation for approval to use the MiniCloset—5N Multi Tenant Smart Meter in electric submeter applications.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 67(1)
Subject:
Whether to permit the use of the MiniCloset—5N Multi Tenant Smart Meter.
Purpose:
Pursuant to 16 NYCRR Parts 93 and 96, it is necessary to permit the use of the MiniCloset—5N Multi Tenant Smart Meter.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Quadlogic Controls Corporation to use the MiniCloset—5N Multi Tenant Smart Meter in residential submetering applications, and any other related matters.
