Allowing Niagara Mohawk's Filing to Establish Fees for Residential Customers Who Choose to Opt Out of the Use of AMR Meters
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 6/26/14, the PSC adopted an order allowing Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's (Niagara Mohawk) tariff filing contained in PSC No. 219—Gas, to go into effect.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
Allowing Niagara Mohawk's filing to establish fees for residential customers who choose to opt out of the use of AMR meters.
Purpose:
To allow Niagara Mohawk's filing to establish fees for residential customers who choose to opt out of the use of AMR meters.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on June 26, 2014, allowed a tariff filing by Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid, contained in PSC No. 219—Gas, to establish fees to allow residential customers to opt out of using Automated Meter Reading meters.

No changes.
