PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 6/26/14, the PSC adopted an order allowing Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.'s (Con Ed) tariff revisions to Interruptible Service Options contained in PSC No. 9—Gas.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 65 and 66(12)

Allowing Con Ed's filing to revise PSC No. 9—Gas.
Purpose:
To allow Con Ed's filing to revise PSC No. 9—Gas.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on June 26, 2014, adopted an order approving a filing by Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. to make revisions to Interruptible Service Options to eliminate the temperature control option, contained in PSC No. 9—Gas.

No changes.
