Authority's Tariff for Electric Service ("Tariff")
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The Authority adopted a proposal to modify its Tariff for Electric Service to authorize the billing of securitization charges, restructure the Energy Efficiency Cost Recovery Rate, update Delivery Charges and make miscellaneous changes.
Statutory authority:
Public Authorities Law, section 1020-f(z) and (u)
Subject:
Authority's Tariff for Electric Service ("Tariff").
Purpose:
To authorize the billing of securitization charges; restructure and update rates and charges and make miscellaneous changes.
