PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 8/12/21, the PSC adopted an order approving Brookview Court, Inc.'s (Brookview Court) petition for waivers of certain Commission regulations and tariff provisions of National Grid related to the extension of the development period.

Public Service Law, sections 65 and 66

Purpose:
To approve Brookview Court's petition for waivers.
