Submetering of Electricity
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 9/14/17, the PSC adopted an order approving Red Hook 160, LLC's (Red Hook) petition to submeter electricity at 160 Imlay Street, Brooklyn, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To approve Red Hook's petition to submeter electricity.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on September 14, 2017, adopted an order approving Red Hook 160, LLC's petition to submeter electricity at 160 Imlay Street, Brooklyn, New York, located in the service territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
