PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 6/16/22, the PSC adopted an order denying Niagara Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's (National Grid) petition for a COVID-19 Customer Assistance Program.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 65 and 66
Subject:
Petition for a COVID-19 Customer Assistance Program.
Purpose:
To deny National Grid's petition for a COVID-19 Customer Assistance Program.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on June 16, 2022, adopted an order denying Niagara Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's petition for a COVID-19 Customer Assistance Program, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
