Transfer of Street Lighting Facilities
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 11/19/20, the PSC adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's (National Grid) petition to transfer street lighting facilities located within the Village of Brockport, to the Village of Brockport.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5, 65, 66 and 70(1)
Subject:
Transfer of street lighting facilities.
Purpose:
To approve National Grid's petition to transfer street lighting facilities to the Village of Brockport.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on November 19, 2020, adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's petition to transfer street lighting facilities located within the Village of Brockport, to the Village of Brockport. The authority is granted for one year from the issuance of the order and shall expire if the transaction does not occur within that time period, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
