PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 1/21/16, the PSC adopted an order approving Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc.'s (O&R) Electric Utility Energy Efficiency Program Budgets and Targets Plan for 2016-2018.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(2), 65(1) and 66(1)
Subject:
Electric Utility Energy Efficiency Program Budgets and Targets Plan for 2016-2018.
Purpose:
To approve O&R's Electric Utility Energy Efficiency Program Budgets and Targets Plan for 2016-2018.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on January 21, 2016, adopted an order approving Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc.'s Electric Utility Energy Efficiency Program Budgets and Targets Plan for 2016-2018, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
