PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

On 10/7/21, the PSC adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid’s (National Grid) petition to transfer street lighting facilities located within the Town of Johnstown (Johnstown) to Johnstown.

To approve National Grid's petition to transfer street lighting facilities to Johnstown.

The Commission, on October 7, 2021, adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid’s (National Grid) petition to transfer street lighting facilities located within the Town of Johnstown (Johnstown) to Johnstown. The authority is granted for one year from the issuance of the order and shall expire if the transaction does not occur within that time period. National Grid shall file with the Secretary, within sixty days of the final transfer of the street lighting facilities to Johnstown, a copy of the actual journal entries, including all related workpapers, recorded to account for the transaction, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
