PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of section 2202.3(d) of Title 8 NYCRR.

Subject:
Adjustments to income.
Purpose:
To clarify that adjustments to income apply to other family members attending post-secondary institutions outside NYS.
