Establishment of CCA Data Fees
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 12/14/17, the PSC adopted an order directing The Brooklyn Union Gas Company d/b/a National Grid NY (KEDNY) to file tariff amendments to P.S.C. No. 12—Gas, implementing Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) data fees.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5(1)(b), (2), 65(1), (2), (3), 66(2) and (12)
Subject:
Establishment of CCA data fees.
Purpose:
To direct KEDNY to file tariff amendments implementing CCA data fees.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on December 14, 2017, adopted an order directing The Brooklyn Union Gas Company d/b/a National Grid NY (KEDNY) to file tariff amendments to P.S.C. No. 12 – Gas, implementing Community Choice Aggregation data fees consistent with the requirements discussed in the body of this Order and Appendix 2, on not less than three days’ notice to become effective on January 6, 2018 and cancellation supplements, effective on not less than one day’s notice, on or before January 4, 2018, cancelling the tariff amendments and statements listed in Appendix 3, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
