PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of sections 100.4(d) and (e) and 100.18 of Title 8 NYCRR.

Purpose:
To provide flexibility to schools in the administration of Regents science assessments to students in grades 7-8.
