Transfer of Property
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 8/8/19, the PSC adopted an order approving Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (Con Edison) and River Street Partners LLC's (River Street Partners) petition to transfer property from Con Edison to River Street Partners.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 65, 66 and 70
Subject:
Transfer of property.
Purpose:
To approve Con Edison and River Street Partners' petition to transfer property from Con Edison to River Street Partners.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on August 8, 2019, adopted an order approving Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (Con Edison) and River Street Partners LLC's (River Street Partners) petition to transfer three adjacent vacant upland lots and associated underwater lands, located at Block 2376 Lot 50 (known as (N/A) West 1st Street), Block 2355 Lot (105 River Street) and Block 2361 Lot 1 (87 River Street), City of New York, County of Kings, State of New York, from Con Edison to River Street Partners, subject to the conditions regarding the allocation of the proceeds from the sale, as described in the body of the Order, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
