Proposed Action:
Amendment of Appendix 2 of Title 4 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:

Subject:
Jurisdictional Classification.
Purpose:
To classify a position in the non-competitive class.
Text of proposed rule:
Amend Appendix 2 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing positions in the non-competitive class, in the Executive Department under the subheading “Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation,” by increasing the number of positions of Physical Plant Manager from 1 to 2.
