PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of sections 30-3.2, 52.21, 125.1 and 135.4 of Title 8 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Education Law, sections 101, 207, 210, 215, 305, 803, 911, 3001, 3004, 3009 and 3012-d
Subject:
Addressing the COVID-19 crisis and planning for the reopening of schools.
Purpose:
To provide regulatory flexibility due to the COVID-19 crisis and to plan for the reopening of schools.
