PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 52.21 of Title 8 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Education Law, sections 207, 305, 3001, 3003, 3004 and 3009
Subject:
Content Core Requirement in Computer Science Teacher Preparation Programs.
Purpose:
To make the content core requirement for the Computer Science certificate aligned with the NYS Computer Science Standards.
