PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

On 1/21/21, the PSC adopted an order approving, in part, with modifications, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.'s (Con Edison) petition for revisions to enhance the Electric Safety Standards.

To approve, in part, with modifications, Con Edison's petition for revisions to enhance the Electric Safety Standards.

The Commission, on January 21, 2021, adopted an order approving, in part, with modifications, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.'s (Con Edison) petition for revisions to enhance the Electric Safety Standards, subject to the modifications and directives in the body of the order. Con Edison is directed to prioritize the inspection of the facilities not yet inspected under the current eight year inspection cycle, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
