A Notice of Emergency Adoption, ID no. HLT-05-21-00002-E, relating to Nursing Home Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements and published in the February 3, 2021 issue of the State Register inadvertently contained a typographical error in the purpose of the rule making. The original purpose read “To ensure that all nursing homes maintain a 90-day supply of PPE during the COVID-19 emergency,” the corrected purpose is listed below:

Purpose: To ensure that all nursing homes maintain a 60-day supply of PPE during the COVID-19 emergency.
