Submetering of Electricity
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 4/20/16, the PSC adopted an order approving Bedford-Stuyvesant South One LLC (Bedford) to submeter electricity at 27 Albany Avenue, Brooklyn, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To approve Bedford to submeter electricity at 27 Albany Avenue, Brooklyn, New York.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on April 20, 2016, adopted an order approving Bedford-Stuyvesant South One LLC to submeter electricity at 27 Albany Avenue, Brooklyn, New York, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
