Notice of Abandoned Property Received by the State Comptroller
Pursuant to provisions of the Abandoned Property Law and related laws, the Office of the State Comptroller receives unclaimed monies and other property deemed abandoned. A list of the names and last known addresses of the entitled owners of this abandoned property is maintained by the office in accordance with Section 1401 of the Abandoned Property Law. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Susquehanna River Basin Commission
SUMMARY: The Susquehanna River Basin Commission will hold a public hearing on February 2, 2017, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. At this public hearing, the Commission will hear testimony on the projects listed in the Supplementary Information section of this notice. Such projects are intended to be scheduled for Commission action at its next business meeting, tentatively scheduled for March 9, 2017, which will be noticed separately. The public should take note that this public hearing will be the only opportunity to offer oral comment to the Commission for the listed projects. The deadline for the submission of written comments is February 13, 2017.
DATES: The public hearing will convene on February 2, 2017, at 2:30 p.m. The public hearing will end at 5:00 p.m. or at the conclusion of public testimony, whichever is sooner. The deadline for the submission of written comments is February 13, 2017.

The presiding officer reserves the right to modify or supplement such guidelines at the hearing. Deferred Compensation Board
• Pursuant to the provisions of 9 NYCRR, Section 9003.2, authorized by Section 5 of the State Finance Law, the New York State Deferred Compensation Board, beginning Wednesday, January 18, 2017, is soliciting proposals from financial organizations to provide separate account contracts to be invested in fixed income securities and fully wrapped by the financial organization. Each separate account investment contract will be a portion of the New York State Deferred Compensation Plan’s Stable Income Fund. The Stable Income Fund is offered as an investment option under the Deferred Compensation Plan for Employees of the State of New York and Other Participating Public Jurisdictions, a plan meeting the requirements of Section 457 of the Internal Revenue Code and Section 5 of the State Finance Law, including all rules and regulations issued pursuant thereto.
A copy of the request for proposals will be posted on Callan Associates’ website (www.callan.com) and on the Board’s web site: www.goer.state.ny.us/nysdcp.
• The Board is seeking proposals from financial organizations to provide Active Short Duration, Intermediate Aggregate and Core Fixed Income Management services as detailed below.
- Active Short Duration Fixed Income, benchmarked to the Bloomberg Barclays 1-3 Year Government/Credit Index or the Bloomberg Barclays 1-3 Year Government Index.
- Active Intermediate Core Fixed Income, benchmarked to the Bloomberg Barclays Intermediate Aggregate Index.
- Active Core Fixed Income, benchmarked to the Bloomberg Barclays Aggregate Index.

The New York City Deferred Compensation Plan (the “Plan”) is seeking qualified vendors to provide active Intermediate Fixed Income investment management services for the Stable Income Fund (“the Fund”) investment option of the Plan. The Plan is seeking qualified vendors to manage a portfolio against the Barclays Intermediate Aggregate Index. The objective of the Fund is to provide an opportunity to invest in high quality fixed income securities with an emphasis on safety of principal and consistency of returns. To be considered, vendors must submit their product information to Milliman Investment Consulting at the following e-mail address: [email protected]. Please complete the submission of product information no later than 4:30 P.M. Eastern Time on January 26, 2017.
