PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 25.3(a) of Title 1 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Agriculture and Markets Law, sections 16, 18 and 255
Subject:
Milk dealer reports.
Purpose:
To exempt milk dealers operating plants that receive 600,000 lbs. or less of milk, yearly, from having to file plant reports.
