PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of sections 4043.2(c), (e), (f), (g), (i) and 4043.4(b) of Title 9 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Racing Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law, sections 103(2), 104(1) and (19)
Subject:
Joint injections in thoroughbred racing.
Purpose:
To improve integrity, health and safety of thoroughbred horse racing.
