PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of section 4024.1(b)(1) of Title 9 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law, sections 103(2), 104(1) and (19)
Subject:
Permit Thoroughbred horses with digital tattoos to race in New York.
Purpose:
To promote the integrity of racing and derive a reasonable return for government.
