PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of sections 28.2(l) and 28.4(g) of Title 15 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Vehicle and Traffic Law, sections 215(a) and 405-i
Subject:
International Registration Plan.
Purpose:
Allows trip permits to be performed via electronic technologies that may be acceptable to the International Registration Bureau.
