PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 98-1.11(e) of Title 10 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Public Health Law, section 4403(2)
Subject:
Managed Care Organizations (MCOs).
Purpose:
To maintain the contingent reserve requirement at 7.25% through 2022 applied to Medicaid Managed Care, HIV SNP and HARP programs.
