PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 80-1.5 of Title 8 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Education Law, sections 101, 207(not subdivided), 210, 305, 3001, 3004 and 3009.
Subject:
Safety Net for the Educational Technology Specialist Content Specialty Test (CST).
Purpose:
Extends the Educational Technology Specialist Content Specialty Test (CST) safety net through June 30, 2019.
