Transfer of Street Lighting Facilities
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 5/16/19, the PSC adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's (National Grid) petition to transfer the street lighting facilities within the Town of Skaneateles (Skaneateles) to Skaneateles.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 70(1)
Subject:
Transfer of street lighting facilities.
Purpose:
To approve National Grid's petition to transfer street lighting facilities to Skaneateles.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on May 16, 2019, adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's petition to transfer the street lighting facilities within the Town of Skaneateles (Skaneateles) to Skaneateles, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
