PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 7/13/17, the PSC adopted an order approving Roosevelt Drive Water Users Association's (Roosevelt Drive) petition to cancel its tariff schedule, P.S.C. No. 1—Water.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 89-c
Subject:
Tariff cancellation.
Purpose:
To approve Roosevelt Drive's petition to cancel its tariff schedule, P.S.C. No. 1—Water.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on July 13, 2017, adopted an order approving Roosevelt Drive Water Users Association's petition to cancel its tariff schedule, P.S.C. No. 1—Water, filing a cancellation supplement, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
